Ex-WNBA Player, Toccara Williams, Donates Money to Schools in Louisville with Sweet Rebound EBL

Hollywood, FL – Ex-WNBA Player and Texas A&M Phenom, Toccara Williams, will start a 36-team elementary school basketball league in Louisville, Kentucky in December, 2013 while raising over $40,000 for local elementary schools.
