Billboard Recording Artist The Crests Originator, JT Carter Honored at The PA State Capitol

JT Carter originator of the 1950's vocal group The Crests was honored by The Pennsylvania Speaker of the House, by The Honorable Sam Smith and State Representative Rosemary Brown in a ceremony held at the capitol building in Harrisburg.
