Salem Jazz and Soul Festival, city, to put on 5th-annual Jazz Appreciation Day concert

The Salem Jazz and Soul Festival will produce its 5th-annual City of Salem Jazz Appreciation Day concert in early April in downtown Salem. The event kicks off Jazz Appreciation month, April, and is put on in partnership with the City of Salem.
