Thomson Reuters and Ural Federal University Presented the Review Publication on Scientometrics

The "Scientometrics Guide: Science and Technology Development Indicators" book will be distributed free of charge by Thomson Reuters at different events and will be also available for download at online portal from February 16, 2015.
